The Greene County FFA chapter placed fifth in equestrian team rankings at the Iowa State Fair FFA horse show judged Aug. 9-10, prior to the start of the fair.
Allison Fields showed the champion Western-type horse and Emma Halterman showed the reserve champion pony breeds.
The FFA dairy show was judged Aug. 11, with 16 exhibitors representing 14 chapters showing a total of 59 cows. Greene County FFA tied for eighth place with the Sumner Fredericksburg chapter.
